“I’m really into fitness. My brother is a ‘gym rat’ and has become a huge part of my motivation. But I feel like, the reason I work out, the reason I go to the gym, it’s not because I want to be a healthy person or that I want to look good, it’s because I constantly want to be a better version of myself than I was the day before. Since I have gotten into the fitness lifestyle, I have learned so much about myself and my strength, both physically and mentally. Staying motivated is probably the hardest part of it all, but just remembering the reason why I started or why I’m doing this, is enough motivation for me to keep doing what I’m doing.
