I felt like I was letting everyone down

“Back when I did cheerleading I used to tumble. So doing flips and stuff. And I got this thing called a mental block, it’s when you get scared to do something you’ve been able to do for a long time. There was a lot of pressure on me to do it again for my team and I felt like I was letting everyone down. So I went to the gym every day and worked as hard as I could to get over my fear. After a lot of time I was finally able to do it again and help my team out. “
